Radiology Director Amy Hofmann says the digital mammography gives a clear picture offering physicians a more detailed analysis of the breast. Hofmann says the new center is designed with comprehensive care in mind, so if there is a problem found in the mammogram they can quickly schedule another exam. But just as important Hofmann says the center offers women a comfortable place even in uncomfortable times.

(Amy Hoffmann, St. Alexius Radiology Director): “We are very excited to offer this type of an atmosphere to women in this setting it’s very comforting its very discrete and very private so there physicians can get some very accurate diagnostics and make a care plan decision very quickly.”
