St. Alexius Medical Center’s 24-bed, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) staff is committed to creating a family atmosphere for newborns admitted into the NICU during life’s most fragile moments.
Night nurses create custom scrapbook pages to document and celebrate an infant’s time in the NICU. For 20 years, one nurse has been using her creativity to bring hope to the families of some of St. Alexius’ littlest and most fragile patients.
