Inside the Children’s Center
The theme of the Children’s Center is to bring the outdoors inside. After all, what child wouldn’t rather be playing outside than stuck inside a hospital? Mountains flow through the hallways with grass-colored carpet underneath your feet. Blue skies and clouds float through the hallway ceilings and in the nurse’s station.
The Care we Give
When your child is sick, staying close to home is an important option. The Children’s Center, the Children’s Critical Care Center and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provide comprehensive care of infants, children and their families. St. Alexius Medical Center is committed to providing excellent care for children, thus saving them from traveling out of the region and out of state.
Our experts include board-certified neonatologists and board certified pediatricians who provide primary care to children, as well as a wide variety of other specialists who treat childhood illnesses.
