Youth Fitness – Fitness HPC

The Youth Fitness Program provides youth 11 to 21 years of age the opportunity to begin or continue with an exercise program at HPC. Prior to beginning any exercise, your beginning fitness level is assessed.

Strength training is an important component of any exercise routine. Young people who are still growing are at a greater risk for injury when lifting weights incorrectly. The weight lifting component of the Youth Fitness Program is incorporated on an individual basis it teaches appropriate mechanics and helps find appropriate settings and workloads. Our exercise physiology aides are available to help you and answer your questions on a daily basis.
