Congratulations to our November
Employee of the month, Nora Bonsack.
Nora has been a Certified Nurse
Assistant at the Callaway Good Life Center since October of 2013. She has experience working as a C N A in two
different care centers and she takes care of people in their homes. Nora enjoys gardening, yardwork, and
sewing. She has demonstrated her sewing
skills for our facility by making bags to hold wheelchair foot pedals for the
residents. Nora has a brother in
Lexington and a sister in Eddyville.
Nora was nominated by staff, and they
said that Nora has been working hard at getting dietary staff room tray lists
ASAP and delivering meal trays to rooms in a very quick manor. She also makes sure that meal intake is
always charted in the computer and that is much appreciated!
We asked Nora why she enjoys doing
what she does, and she said, “I get to know the residents and helping them when
they need something makes life easier for them.”
Nora always has a smile and her
jolly, upbeat way with the residents has endeared her to them.
