Mary and the Popes
Description:
In the last 50 years, seven Popes have led our Church. Devotion to Mary has been a part of each of their unique spiritualities. As a result, our own understanding of the role of Mary in the Church has evolved. We will spend the day examining Catholic devotion to Mary, discussing what images and prayer practices have been important to us and to each of the Popes. Looking ahead, we will pray for each other, our Church and our world.
This retreat will be facilitated by Sr. Cheryl Keehner.
