| DAY RETREAT FOR ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETIES
The Jesuit Retreat House, in Parma, has scheduled a day retreat for all members of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Wednesday, October 16 The day’s theme will stress the redemptive value of our lives lived in union with Christ. This day is dedicated to SVDP members for a renewal of purpose and to share experiences with other members. Take time out for yourself to pause, listen and reflect on the Word of the Lord in the peaceful surroundings of the retreat house. Presentations, quiet reflection, the sacrament of reconciliation and the weekday liturgy make up the order of the day. The retreat begins at 9 A.M. with coffee and pastry and closes by 2:30 P.M. The cost is $20 and includes lunch.
