: Hi, all–

: I was just curious; has anybody ever taken one of those online Emotional Quotient tests? Mom and I just took one: she got 100 (average) and I got 45. If anybody wants to see how they do, go to:

: Have fun! 🙂

Tera and Debbie,

I took it and scored 140.

But I honestly feel that in real life situations, it’s lower because while theoretically, I know what to do, if I’m tired, low on adderall in my system, or just plain overwhelmed, I don’t do as well with my EQ. But guess what, I’ve seen my non ld co-workers get stressed by the same things that stress me so I wonder if we’re not selling ourselves short by attributing all our problems to NLD.
I also think my score is higher than it was a few years ago because I’m finally on the right medication and have learned and am continuing to learn through counseling how to handle troublesome situations.

Thanks for the information, Tera, it was fun and interesting.
